Q: What happens if I miss my tour or I have to cancel last minute?

A: Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your reserved tour date in order to receive a full refund. Any other cancellations prior to that will not receive a refund.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Unfortunately it does rain in Redwood National Park. Luckily for us it mostly rains from November to April. If it does rain, chances are it wont be enough to threaten the cancellation of a tour. If there is enough rain to cancel a tour you will be contacted via email with full refund or an option to reschedule.

Q: Are the tours kid friendly?

A: We do allow children over the age of three if accompanied by an adult, in fact we encourage parents to bring their kids along to come and explore with us.( kids 12 and under get a discounted rate). No children allowed on brew tours.

Q: Should i bring additional money?

A: Some of our tours have stopping points where you may want to buy a souvenir or a bottle of water.

Q: What can I bring with me?

A: We kindly ask that you only bring what is necessary as we do not have additional storage for you items on our tour vehicles. Everything you bring must be able to fit on your lap.(Small Backpack/purse, camera, cell phone, water bottle, etc).

Q: What should I bring with me?

A: We recommend you bring a camera/cellphone and a bottle of water. If its a cold, make sure to dress accordingly. Everything you bring must fit on your lap. We do not have additional storage for your items.

Q: Will I be able to get out of the vehicle during the tour?

A: Yes, you will have an opportunity to get out and walk around for a short hike. There will plenty of photo opportunities outside of the vehicle.

Q: Will I be able to take pictures during the tour?

A: Yes, you will have endless beautiful photo opportunities on our tours.

Q: Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

A: Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles yet.

Q: What if I need to use the restroom during the tour?

A: All of our tours will have various stopping points with restrooms, you will also have an opportunity to use the restroom before we depart.

Q: Is it going to be cold during the tour?

A: Please make sure to check the weather prior to your tour date. Weather can be cold and windy so be sure to dress accordingly.

Q: I am a vegetarian, do you have a vegan lunch menu?

A: Yes we do have vegan options on our menu. during your booking process you will be asked to choose which items you would like from the menu.

Q: Will I have cell phone reception during the tour?

A: Most of the redwood national park is not within range of cell service, if you are taking the s’mores tour most of the time you will have service.

Q: Can my child travel alone?

A: Children must be over the age of 16yrs old to travel alone.
