We booked a private picnic because on our last day of traveling, my husband and I wanted to enjoy a lunch with our children that we didn’t have to prepare... read more ourselves. We just wanted to show up, which is something you don’t get often as parents on vacation with small kids! What we were expecting was red checkered table cloths at a good spot, what we got was a gorgeous table beautifully set with an amazing lunch. It was SUCH a treat!

We got a call the night before to confirm and double check our order. When we got there everything was set up and perfect, and we had a really lovely two hours in Jedediah Smith State Park. Everyone who walked by kept saying how out of my way I must have gone to put this together and I’m like “No! It’s all Redwood Sightseeing Tours!” In addition to the lunch they had some really nice touches like a Polaroid camera, games, and even bug repellent and hand sanitizer. It could not have been better thought out.

We loved it - my husband and I kept saying this felt once in a lifetime but this is what our kids expect now Thank you so much for an incredible afternoon, I cannot recommend this experience more!
